Use the ‘Oval’ tool to create the overall shapes

Set the right colour for the bodyThe outlines are replaced with patterned gray lines

Add more details using Oval tool

Use the Curve tool to create heart. Fill using the gradient option

Adjust the ordering of the heart to be behind the arms. Adjust the head lower.

Use curve tool to add details on the face. The eyes were done using oval tool.

I was not happy with the oval shapes, use curve tool to create more fluid body shapes.

Add the big heart cushion and adjust the head again.

Done!
