How To Find Help with the RIBI Template
The Web site
Nearly all of the help for the RIBI-Template and club websites is available online. However we recognise that some members may struggle initially to find help relevant to their needs. To help overcome this we are providing help for the introductory stages in 3 formats: online, pdf and PowerPoint.

The pdf format will make it easy for clubs to download the file and print to a hard copy.
The ppt format may be downloaded and used as part of a Power Point presentation to club members.

Go to the District Homepage: www.rotary1010.org
Under Action Groups: in the left sidebar; the bottom item is “Help – using this website”.
Click on it.

This time select “How To for Club Members”.

On this page under Sub-Groups: in the left sidebar there are several helpful items.

The "How To items” will take you step by step through the initial processes of getting started on the website and using the email system

When you have logged in to the members area you will see a Tutorial buttonClicking on it takes you to a range of online help.Look out for similar buttons on other pages.
On-line Tutorials
They will provide help about that specific page.

If you come across a problem not covered by the above help then your first point of contact should be your club web administrator.
If he/she cannot help then the District Webmaster may be consulted. [email protected]

The District Webmaster will appoint experienced Club web administrators to assist Clubs’ webmasters, on a one to one basis, to build their club website using RIBI-T.
