Polish market sucks for mobile if u want to get millions in Series A

Team must be full time (smaller)

Too many projects inside kill the outside (still struggling) the problem is not how many but which one

Open a company outside Poland or move your ass out of the country (we are too small and too big the same time)

Technology always sucks, sth always doesn't work – accept, move, sell

Rising money outiside but sitting inside Poland – Doesn't work, too small market. Don't think global (big amount) money getting mobile users in Poland.

Avoid mentors who didn't start company, failed and start again
