Gravity
• Gravity is a force that pulls two objects together.
Force
• Force is a push or pull.
Work
• Work is the ability to push or pull, so whenever you push or pull you are doing work.
Simple Machines
• Simple machines make work easier. There are many simple machines around you. The names of the simple machines are wedge, pulley, screw, inclined plane, lever, and a wheel and axle.
Friction
• An example of friction would be if something round fell say off of a table it would roll but after a little while it would stop because of friction.
