Application Overview

The Job Connection is a customized web application that connects employers and job seekers inside your church. It is a valuable tool to help church members find meaningful employment, connect church employers with job seekers, and help churches reduce unemployment and increase their giving.

As a result of using the Job Connection web application, churches have greatly increased their connections to the business community, increased giving in their church through church members ability to tithe, established a ministry tool that works well without lots of volunteers, and has given them an ability to connect people together in a life changing way.


Key FeaturesCustomized website- We build a customized Job Connection website for each church which includes colors, logos, and styling.

Control Panel- Administrators and volunteers from your church can edit, change, or delete any account or job listing at any time. Each church controls what jobs are posted to the website, so you have complete control.

Local Area Search- We use a zip code based job search so job seekers can find work in their local area. This could include multiple states in which your church members live.

Career Profile- Each job seeker has the ability to create a Career Profile, which provides employers a quick overview of their skills and abilities. This includes a cover letter, text resume, video resume and contact information.

Video Resumes- Job seekers can post a video resume of 60 seconds marketing themselves to potential employers. This new tool can help an employer determine if an individual would be a good fit for their company.

Security- The website is SSL encrypted and all of your church membership information is secured on our severs. No additional church server space is needed, as we provide the hosting.

Live Statistics- This is in the admin panel and gives real-time statistics on how many employers and job seekers have signed up, how many jobs are being posted, and the number of jobs received through the website.

Employers can easily view job information, edit the job postings, and close the job posting. When an employer closes a job, they provide feedback as to why they are closing it. This will give you valuable insight on how you can improve your jobs ministry.
