The participants learn, through practical examples, the theory of business ecosystems, the principles of sound management specific to their entrepreneurial endeavor, and the key factors that contribute to the ultimate success of a fledgling technology company.  Upon completion of this second phase, participants will be able to launch their new technology businesses in Ottawa.
