ASSESSED THE CURRENT STATE MAP AND SUGGESTED IMPROVEMENTS USING LEAN TOOLS LIKE STANDARD WORK, SUPERMARKETS, MILK RUNS, KANBAN CARDS.

DEDUCED AN OPERATOR CONVEYANCE ROUTE FOR THE ASSEMBLY PLANT OF SOUTH EAST MEDICAL SYSTEMS.

DESIGNED A HEIJUNKA SYSTEM FOR THE ENTIRE SUPPLY CHAIN OF SOUTH EAST MEDICAL SYSTEMS.

BASED UPON PROVIDED DATA, COMPLETED AN ASSESSMENT OF THE CURRENT STATE PERFORMANCE OF OPERATORS ( USING PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS) & SUGGESTED PERFORMANCE IMPROVEMENT PLANS (PIP), REINFORCEMENT PLANS TO REACH DESIRED PERFORMANCE LEVELS, FOR OPERATORS.

SUGGESTED IMPROVEMENTS REDUCE LEAD TIME FROM 14.3 DAYS TO 8.3 DAYS.
