Applies to manuscripts and data sets that:

(a) result from research, analysis, economic and sector work, or development practice;

(b) have undergone peer review or have been otherwise vetted and approved for release to the public; and

(c) for which approval for release is given on or after July 1, 2012.

How to submit content

1. For Bank published work:

(a) If you publish with ECRPK – publication automatically uploaded in OKR

(b) If you publish in a collection already in the OKR (e.g. ESW, PRWP) – upload into ImageBank http://imagebank.worldbank.org & EXTOP will harvest

(c) If you publish outside a collection already in the OKR – upload into ImageBank & contact us! [email protected]

2. For externally published work:

(d) Send your final manuscript and a copy of your agreement with the external publisher to [email protected]

What is Creative Commons

“a nonprofit organization that enables the sharing and use of creativity and knowledge

through free legal tools”

• Provide six free, easy-to-use copyright licenses giving the public permission to share and use creative work.

• CC licenses are not an alternative to copyright - they work alongside copyright.

• Creative Commons IGO specific set of licenses will be launched by the end of the year.
