Time is a big issue for many facilitators. They are unable to put the effort in to get members to interact and wonder why members do not come back. And member’s wonder why they even joined. It’s a bit of catch 22. But what about if you could facilitate a community on one hour a day? Inspired By Richard Millington at Feverbee

Check Google Analytics to see what  worked last and where members visited. (What day and time do  members visit the most e.g.  Wednesday 10am)

Complete your upcoming content  for the next few days. E.g.  interviews, advice/opinion posts  regular content or solicit opinions  from members in a summary piece.

Contact your top members and ask questions about things you have in  mind for the community. Gain their  feedback and act on it.

Invite members to join the  community or contact members  who have not returned for a while.  Take time to craft your approach  and personalise it.

Update your announcement to  highlight content and events.   (Don’t forget you can recycle content)

Participate. Ensure everyone is  getting a response. Give your  opinion on issues. Initiate discussions to generate further  activity and engagement.
