As a medium voltage drive, F-Drive is a preferred drive for energy saving fulfilling variable process needs by application of even heavy duty applications.
Heavy duty industry applications can be called mainly cement, energy, iron and steel, paper, wood processing, clean and waste water etc., where high energy consumption is existing, F-Drive is the solution. F-Drive reduces the plants manufacturing costs and saves through aplication of the MV motors efficiency. Use of F-drive also additional reduces mechnanicle stress on production utilities.

Design Advantages
Mutli level Power Cell technology brings you a certain design by different voltage levels and power intervals. Each Power Cell provides 5 level where the drive provides a voltage output with the series connection of those Power Cells. For a 6,3kV application, our drive provides a 11 level voltage output. This technology brings also a convenience by maintenance and operation. Power Cell groups are in a moduler structure and can be dismounted plus maintained one by one easily even by local technical stuff.

Our drive is powered by a phase shifted transformer where each Power Units is generating 5 level output waveform and those are connected in series in order to provide the necessary sinus wave voltage to motor. With this topology, the drive can be applied to old and new motors. Power Cells are being controlled by the main controller by using fiber optic cabling. Also an HMI which is placed on the front panel of the drive enables operators a userfriendly menu and management of the drive. Our PLC unit supplies input and output signals to plant to gather information or to be connected to process DCS or system easily.

Fuse Diode Recirifying Inversion Output
The multi level reliable drive topology gives our end users a clear sine wave. The output of the drive is very close to a real sinus waveform. In this manner, F-Drive has the capability to run old and new motors. The output voltage, which is close to the sinus wave form, does not have instantaneous voltage ascensions and voltage peaks. Multi level structure also will not result any additional stress to the motor windings. The cable which is used between motor and drive can be selected as standard supply cable without any special requirements. Even, our customers can use their existing cable to power their motors. Comparing to certain technologies on the market, using existing cables bring cost effective solutions but as well as easy application. Again with this sinus wave form, there is no cable lenght limitations. A premium sinus output can be taken with an optional sinus filter in F-Drive products, which is a plus with equalling products in the market.

6,3 kV Princible Design
F-Drive products can run in the applications with max. redundancy i.e. substitute
uninterrupted with the Cell Passing technology on it owns. Drive will be in
operation if a failure occurs by one Power Cell and your motor will run with a
capacity of 98%. This technology can be called as substituted operation. Highly
redundant operation prevents additional production costs from point of
downtime's and result a most efficient manufacturing process.

Fast and secure communication between the power components and the control
units is established with fiber optic cable. Fiber optic is is also an advantage for
secure data transfer which isolates components from point of physical wiring.

With the help of the user friendly control panel, most of the parameters can be
easily changed in real time operation. Multi language control panel provides to
our users a colorized graphic interface with a easy operation management.
Parameters which are set during configuration but also live streaming values can
be observed on this colored display panel.

Due to labor safety and security the user is protected with precaution
components, which are placed on the drive. High security precautions are taken
to block access to medium voltage sections. Safety locks serve secure operation
