Firstly, let’s remember what this
product is all about.

The M-Digital Service can replace the home landline
and eliminate its high cost, with a similar experience
but a significantly different method. Using the
Linksys PAP2 phone adapter, the customer will
connect their existing home phone device to the
Internet, instead of the landline, make calls, receive
calls, check voicemail messages, with perfect quality,
all through the Internet, using your M-Digital
account and plan.

there call you as a local call although you are located
in San Diego. Alternatively, you keep your existing
phone number and port it to our service.

The terms of this deal are very simple. We offer one
calling plan that costs $24.95. This provides the
customer with an Unlimited International Plan to call
domestic numbers including US & Canada and more
than 60 countries worldwide. In addition, they will
get unlimited incoming calls to a new phone number
provided by us, or the porting of your existing
number. On your side, the only thing that the
customer must have beforehand is high-speed
Internet connection (DSL or Cables) and a router to
divide the connection between the phone line and
other equipment may have (such as a computers,
printer, etc.).
For all this to work, the customer will have to
purchase the Linksys PAP2 Phone Adapter of course,
for $29.99 (a one-time payment). There are also one-
time fees for the activation - $29.99 and
shipping/handling of $10.99.

Aim for customers who want to save on their traditional phone
service. Customers who live away from home/have a family
member abroad and make long distance/international calls
frequently.
Pairs (or more) that would need to purchase 2 accounts – They
will be able to make free and unlimited member-to-member
calls to each other.
If you are far away and need to communicate with someone
who isn’t computer-savvy, e.g. a grandfather, receive calls to a
phone number from his local area code and be available for
incoming calls over the Internet while for him it will be a
traditional phone call, only local.
Let’s take a look at the setup, to realize how
simple this is. (CLICK) There is your phone set,
(CLICK) connect it to (CLICK) the Linksys PAP2
Phone Adapter, (CLICK) connect the phone
adapter to (CLICK) your router, (CLICK) the call is
routed to (CLICK) the Internet instead of the
traditional line, (CLICK) it reaches the destination
number (CLICK). That simple.

Signup is simple and is fully integrated with your
Momentis biz site. All they have to do is select
the M-Digital product; they will reach the online
signup portal automatically carrying your rep id
information.
Upon ordering M-Digital your customers can
either choose a new phone number for receiving
calls or port their existing number into our
service. When choosing a new phone number,
the customers can choose a local number, of the
same area they live in, or choose any other area
code in the country, simply because M-Digital is
not bound to any location. As explained before,
this means that a customer can be physically
located in New York but receive calls to a phone
number of San Diego, allowing the caller reach
him over a local call, avoiding long distance
charges.
As for customers who wish to port their existing
number in, upon signup they will be assigned
with a temporary phone number, that will be
fully functioning, until the porting process is
completed then the temporary number will
disappear and the customer will stay with their
ported number (this takes 2-4 weeks). If their
phone number is currently under a carrier that
provides the customer with additional services,
such as Internet connection, they must let the
carrier know they are only interested in porting
the number out, rather than cancelling their
entire service, otherwise they might find
themselves without Internet connection as well.

M-Digital can function as a fax line as well!
The Linksys PAP2 Phone Adapter has faxing
capabilities.
This service is supported only when sending a
fax to numbers in North America.
Of course, the customer must have a functioning
fax machine that they should connect to the
phone adapter instead of a telephone set (or a
dual telephone-fax set).

Few things to share with your customers as they
sign up:
Charges are made automatically, against the
customer’s credit card
The first credit card charge (the adapter
purchase, activation and shipping/handling fee
and the first month calling plan fee) occurs upon
signup
The day of the month on which the signup was
done will be the customer’s billing date every
month
Set the customer’s expectations properly –
online call logs are available for 3 months, no
paper invoice – The billing statement is available
in the Member Center at any time.
Service notifications and Customer Care related
issues are conveyed via emails so the customers
should make sure to enter a valid email address.
Customer Care is also available via online chat
support.
The delivery of the phone adapter takes up to 7
days.
The porting process of an existing phone
number into our service take 2-4 weeks.

M-Digital customers have full control over their
account and its settings, viewing their status at
any given moment and checking their call log
and billing statement on real time. Here is what
the Member Center has to offer – call logs,
voicemail check and management, viewing and
editing personal details, credit card information
and account password, add funds to the extra
credit balance, view their billing statement that
includes all credit card transactions that take
place in their account. Customers are also able
to set call forwarding for their phone number
(unconditional or based on rules), set Speed Dial
numbers, call hunting, Do Not Disturb status and
block their Caller ID. Finally, they are able to
view the details of the hardware purchased from
us (namely the Linksys PAP2) and the status of
its shipping to the customer.
The installation of the M-Digital is very simple –
Plug & Play. Nevertheless, the package comes
with the full user manual and additional
configuration instructions. Sometimes your
customers may experience issues that can be
easily addressed with our online tools – Our
elaborate FAQ’s section and if necessary – chat
online with a Customer Care agent. Simply click
on the ‘Support’ footer at
digital.momentisphone.net and everything will
be available.

Two facts that are very important. We have a
14-day Money Back Guarantee Policy which
means that the deal is basically risk-free for the
customer.
M-Digital does have a 911 enhancement feature.
Calls to 911 are transferred to the emergency
response center nearest to your service address.
Emergency personnel will be sent to the location
that is registered as the customer’s Service
Address.
