Requirements are frozen at stage 1, during which ‘Proof of concept’ and ‘Prototype’ systems can be developed

NowPos will retain a project manager for the entire life cycle Activities during stages 1, 3 and 4 are performed on a time and material basis Activities for stage 2 can be performed at a fixed price
