Objective of the presentation

This presentation was designed for researchers who are considering the possibility of establishing cooperation with IMAS International using our internet research panel.

On the following slides, we would like to introduce to you the sign-up process as well as the usual activities of each member of the panelists community.

Our goal is to build a relationship with the panelists to make them feel comfortable and confident.• Respondents have constant access to the information about our projects

and amount of points collected.• They remain in continuous contact with IMAS employees what sets us apart

from global access panels in which establishing such contact is difficult. This allows our panelists to work with great commitment by providing

high-quality answers in our polls.

Registration process

Panel members are recruited from among people who are at least thirteen years old.

Participants consent is required to the

processing of personal data for purposes

related to the administration of the

access panel.

Having confirmed the correctness of the data entered, the user receives an email with an

activation link

The page displays in a secure encrypted connection, so that the information you provide is properly

protected.

Personalized greeting for each recipient

E-mails sent from the panel always contain explanatory information - including sender's contact data as

well as information about the reason for sending the message.

Invited user receives basic information about the survey:

the length of interview, time to complete the task

and amount of credits granted.

A clear and transparent layout of the welcome screen allows you to quickly and easily access information about user data, filled polls, collected points and rewards to choose from.

At any time, you can also send a message or request to IMAS employees.

Points and rewards

Panelists keep track of their credit balance.

After earning enough points they can exchange them for gift cards, send to a chosen bank account or

transfer to public benefit organizations.
