We consult with our clients, identify gaps in People, Process and Technology and deliver strategicand tactical services based on our People Solution Framework. Payment is based on either aproject, team, retainer, hourly, equity or a combination of these things.

This model utilizes the PhillyTech People Solution Framework to identify, find and onboard a full-time or consultative candidate to your organization. Payment is either based on the 1st year basesalary of the candidate, equity or a combination of these things.

This model utilizes the PhillyTech People Solution Framework and is a blend of the Consultativeand Contingent Delivery Models. It gives you a dedicated Recruiter as well as strategic direction,delivery and oversight. Payment is based on either a project, retainer, hourly or equity basis.

RecruitThis model utilizes the PhillyTech People Solution Framework and is focused on delivering you 15-25 resumes for each position.Payment is based on a monthly fee and the minimum is 3 months.
