What Excel´s is used for¿?• Excel is software that lets you create tables,

and calculate and analyze data. This type of software is called spreadsheet software. Excel lets you create tables that automatically calculate the totals of numerical values you input, print out tables in neat layouts, and create simple graphs.

• Excel is a part of "Office", a suite of products combining several types of software for creating documents, spreadsheets, and presentations, and for managing e-mail.

Spreadsheet ;• A spreadsheet is like a table made for different types of data according to your needs.• The data you put its going to be placed on rows and columns.

• It has a number of built in features and tools, such as functions, formulas, charts, and data analysis tools that make it easier to work with large amounts of data.

Cell and table concepts;• Cells:is a worksheet square. You can

enter text and numbers and formulas. Rows are represented by numbers.Columns are represented by the alphabet.

TABLE:Excel table is a series of rows and columns with related data that is managed independently.

Graphs;• A graph is a

interesting and usefull tool on a spreadsheet on excel where you can represent your data by put it in to a grapgh a drawing that is gonna tell you the precent or what you need to know but show in different types of graphs.
