Why reflect?

The term "reflection" is derived from the Latin term reflectere -- meaning

"to bend back" Reflection involves observation, asking questions and putting facts, ideas, and experiences together to add new meaning to them all.

Reflection is fundamentally about learning.

made a reality within an immediate timeframe

• A new area of opportunity and innovation and the start of a

journey of both local and national significance
