Rugged Cams has offered FREE Tech Support for Life, for the last 20 years, and now, as of January 6, 2014, we are offering full office hours Tech Support from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm Central Time - Monday through Thursday and 8:00 to 5:00 on Friday. We have a new exclusive Technical Support Toll Free Line 866-283-6003. We have also added complete step by step videos to our Tech Support Webpage at Rugged Cams Tech Support - for remote viewing software and the actual downloads for software.

We have a new Facebook page at Rugged Cams Tech Support. We post updates and special instructions to our most commonly asked questions, along with new release notes. Our Tech Support Videos are also posted here. Come check us out on Facebook, and let us know what you think of our page.

We have had unrivaled Tech Support for more than 20 years, and we are striving to continue this high standard of support. As you can see, we have added some very helpful links and videos for our valued customers. Under the Tech Videos Tab on our Technical Support section of our website, you will find all of the Videos we have made, from CMS Software to our new VMS software – from downloading, installing, and setting up your Address Book to Reviewing and Downloading Footage and Playing Recorded Footage. These videos can save you valuable time, or simply refresh your memory on the subject. We also show you how to switch from CMS to VMS if you are wanting to do so. Under the third tab labeled CMS/VMS Software are all the current software downloads, including the Mac Viewer Software, CMS & VMS Software along with a download for the actual Manual.
