HOW YOUR TECHNOLOGY CHOICES MATTER• The choices that you make about technology say

something about the way that you do business. I hope to help you think a bit about why and how.

• I’ll run through some of the options that I think are important and we can talk a bit about what they might mean.

• I’ll give you a quick look at some of data we’ve collected about how non-profits are using technology and some of the trends that you might want to think about.

• Wherever possible I’m going to give you some practical examples. I’m not a web development expert, but I think about these things and work with some really smart people.
