WHAT CHALLENGES DO THEY FACE?


CHALLENGE #4: MENTAL HEALTH AND WELLBEING


37% told us they faced challenges in sleeping at night.

CHALLENGE #3: DOMESTIC ACTIVITIES


39% told us they had a hard time cleaning their homes,

while 27% faced challenges in getting the shopping done.

Tenants are happy to consider new technologies that might assist their independence

It is important to raise awareness amongst tenants regarding the products and services that are available
