• My grandfather’s workshop + warehouse in Elva.
• Office space for PC.
• One employee (+ my dear sister Jaana ).
• But I have many partners in Estonian industry.
• Webshop + DHL and Omniva courier services.
• The goal: how to be reliable for clients on the other side of the world?
• Courier brings and carries – location doesn’t matter.
• The number of export sale countries from around the world – total 16 countries.
• My friend’s experience: I take at least five years to reach the success. How long time it takes in IT world?

My observations
• When I haven’t nothing to sell, all possible customers will “knocking” to my door.
• My experience - sometimes salesmans don’t want to sell their products and services. I can’t understand it. But they still like salary days.
