DESCRIPTION
Evolution Tubing Rotators complement our Torque Anchors in saving you from potential down time and rig expense, as well as reducing maintenance costs. The CTR Tubing Rotator was designed to extend the life of your tubing string by rotating the tubing. This assures that the sucker rods do not wear against only one spot fo the tubing, which will cause premature tubing failure. The E Style and E-Plus Tubing Rotators offer the same benefits of the CTR, but with a low profile design feature that helps to keep the overall wellhead height to a minimum. - See more at: http://eotools.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=4&alias=1#.U6mV__ldWCk

Why Use a Tubing Rotator?
Tubing Rotators
Evolution Oil Tools Rotators are available with three drive options
Manual Drive
Allows operator to rotate the tubing string on a periodic basis (daily recommended).
Typically used with progressive cavity pumps.
Drive options
Mechanical Drive
Used with pump jacks.
10:1 gear reducing box used.
Drive options
Electric Drive
Used with pumps that have an electrical surface drive.
Run by an explosion-proof 12V. 110 / 220V or 460V motor.
Rotates the tubing string approximately twice during a 24 hour period.
Gears completely isolated from the production fluid and gas
Evolution rotators last longer on the well without servicing
Although, others claim that an advantage to their product is to pull tubing through rotator, that is where damage is done to the gears because they are exposed.
Slimmest flange profiles in the industry
E-Style adds only 3.25”
E-Plus adds only 4.5”
CTR adds only 6.5"
