THE PROJECT OF ULAANBAATAR NEW CITY HALL

“New complex of the cities administration:

Building of the City Consul of Ulaanbaatar /6 floor/;Building of the Center acceptance for the citizen /2 floor/;Governor office of the UB city, Subsidiary agencies /20 floor/;Sport hall /1 floor/ consists of these 4 basic buildings. For implementing this project from 9,2 hectare square planed building 13%, 57% landscaping square, 30% road, parking place. Total building square is 50,000м2 potentially 1429 officers can work here.

Building of the Center acceptance for the citizen potentially consists of 100 kindergarten, at once can accept 200 people, 100 people can served by library.

Regarding the technology should contain energy saving (eco-friendly), advanced smart technology (intelligent building), veracious for the public (openness, transparency), national features style.

40.000 capacity stadium designed for football and other mass sport events shall take place. In future during national Great Holiday Naadam it will be major arena for wrestling and other sport and mass events.

VERSION 1 /DESIGN/ 200Х34Х24М SIZE 40.000 CAPACITY HALF OPEN ARENA, WITH METAL AND CONCRETE COVER, ON THE LOWER FLOOR SERVICE CENTER, EXHIBITION HALL, CONFERENCE HALL AND VIP ROOM.

Complex for horse racing:

There will be built 40.000 seats stadium with capacity to allow betting through the internet. In this stadium:House for horse breeding Service center Shop for horse racing sport Restaurant

Open Stadium for Archery competitions:

On 3 square km land, will be built arena with capacity for 3000 viewers and 600 archery sportsmen. There also will be mounted large tent with seats for 1000 spectators and where simultaneously can compete 64 teams in ankle bone shooting.

Ski and Snowboard Camps
