Aim of the website

• Allow users to explore the underlying science behind the production process of tea in a highly engaging way… from leaf to cup.

• Target audience: Secondary science students and tea enthusiasts.

Suitability for audience

• Science to be pitched at correct level using national curriculum outcomes and personal experience.

• Science to be contextualised and made relevant, interesting.

• Appeal to tea enthusiasts by making it interesting and attractive (not just dry science!)
