The workshops are hosted in the function room of the Exmouth Arms, Bath Road, Cheltenham and take place from 9.00am with a

Blogs and websites for small businesses
This workshop will show small business owners the options available for setting up a blog or website. These include a free method of
setting up a new blog or website that can be created and maintained without technical skills. The session will also demonstrate how to use blogs and websites to obtain maximum benefits for a business.
Grow your business with social media
This workshop will show small business owners how to use free social media tools like Facebook and Twitter. The session will demonstrate how to increase visitors to your website, increase sales for your
business and improve communication with your customers.
