To reinforce brand awareness of Sberbank as a leading Russian bank of the past 170 years and future
Implementation 4 online platforms and offline surveys all over the country. Preparation of 3 reports for the International Financial Conference
“Sberbank – 170 year”. Witology played the key role in addressing the key challenges this project.
Duration: One month, October – November 2011
All-Russian open crowdsourcing project with leaders of open innovations and social business markets: • Witology • Professionali.ru • WikiVote! • FOM
• 19 000 000 showed their interested in participation
• 787 753 unique visitors of websites of the project
• 106 520 participants of online and offline initiatives

Developing the Concept of Sberbank in 2021
What will Sberbank be like in 2021?
Implementation Upon results of an open online test 511 experts from over 6
countries were specially selected from the pool of more than 5
000 active community participants. The community work flow
was supervised by facilitators.
Duration: October – November 2011

After a multi-stage selection, voting and Idea market the best suggestions and ideas were included in the “Sberbank-XXI-Future” report and were presented by the authors at the international financial conference “Sberbank – 170 years” hold on November 12, 2011.

Identifying Areas for Improvement
Preparing a set of improving
proposals on the program concept
“Global Education”
Implementation More than 550 participants from all over Russia took part in the project. The program concept “Global Education” underwent public evaluation, areas and suggestions for its improvement were identified.
Duration: 2 weeks, December 2011

proposals on the concept with

• 435 ideas on the program concept “Global Education”
• 60 valuable comments, 50 best suggestions on profession selection
criterion and 50 on the program transparency guarantee
• 9 winners 3 nominations
Upon the project results the best ideas on two key
directions were figured out: “The criteria for profession
selection according to which the abroad education will be
granted” and “The program transparency guarantee ”.

Challenge Results Improve the online agent performance in selling car insurance policies
Figure out the solutions on changing the current framework together with online agents with the help of Witology technologies
• 529 ideas on improving the current online agent framework
• Over 2 000 comments given
• 46 solutions selected and worked out for Idea market
• 7 winning ideas and 11 participant winners
Over the course of the project key issues were identified, the
principal problems in the “Online agent” programme were
figured out as well as concrete improving proposals. The
outcome of the project was a new improved framework aimed
at higher performance of online agents.
Over 260 participants from 17 Russian cities took part in the project. Duration: 2 August 2011 – 3 October 2011

Alexander MALIOUKOV Chief Executive Officer
Alexander OSLON Co-founder
Sergey KARELOV Co-founder, Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
Alexander is the founder of the International Union of Internet Professionals, EZhE, the author of a number of online projects and contests (including ROTOR). He graduated from Åbo Akademi University, Finland, and has Master’s degree in Computer Science. Alexander was in charge of the internet department of Benefon, a Finnish mobile phone manufacturer, for five years. In 2007 - 2010 Alexander was CEO of Blondinka.Ru, an Internet Advertising Services that he built from scratch.
Alexander, PhD in Engineering, devoted 15 years of his career to developing and implementing data analysis methods and data analysis software tools; since 1988 he has focused on sociology and in 1992 became one of the Founders and President of the Public Opinion Fund, Russia‘s largest independent social research organization
Sergey, PhD in Engineering, has been working in the IT field for more than 30 years. He took part in work on nuclear reactor simulation, run departments of large computing centers, worked as top manager for Interquadro, IBM, Silicon Graphics (SGI). Since 2001 Sergey has worked as an independent IT consultant. In 2004 he became Chairman of the Counsel of the League of Independent IT Experts (LINEX)
