• OGX goals - ask LCVP OGX about the number and profile of members that will go first for exchange
• LC plan analysis - analyze the goals and the reality of your LC plan; who do you need to achieve your organizational goals and goals for each area?

• Availability to take LR role - ask if and when approximately person wants to take leadership skills working with and managing the team, developing the project etc.
