We were asked by a NJ couple to hand-craft a 'highlights' trip of Australia that they could enjoy in just 8-days. They were experienced international travelers, but hadn't previously been to Australia. They had some flexibility in their travel schedule, and we rather suggested that they use air miles to upgrade their flights out of JFK via Dubai. They wanted to tick-off the icons, Sydney, Rock and Reef; we had them immersed in a cosmopolitan city experience, enjoying an outback adventure at Uluru (Ayers Rock), and finished with a relaxing Great Barrier Reef resort experience.
