The Project is located at E-5 motorway, Goztepe Junction

in the Anatolian side of Istanbul

This location makes the property easily accessible from

most of the business and residential districts of Anatolian

side of Istanbul.

The project initially designed was for a shopping center of

120.000 sq. m. of GLA, in 4 levels, with a 13.500 sq. m.

hypermarket and 4.500 pk places, one office tower of

21.000 sq. m. of GLA plus 2 residential buildings.

retail project to be developed (which will bring the total land to

approx. 107.897 sq. m.).

The company has a tax credit, to be compensated in the

future, for VAT Receivable, for approximately 36 M TL.
