If you have space to be shared with travellers, you are most welcome to list your property on HeyBnb for free.
It may be extra space – •in your house •Or a complete house
listing on HeyBnb empower you to host travellers from across the world.

How to use HeyBnb platform
(sign up/sign in on HeyBnb)

1. Register yourself and create account with HeyBnb –
• you can sign up with your social media accounts like Facebook and google plus
• Or else create HeyBnb account with your email ID.
2. Click on Sign in Top right corner of HeyBnb Home page.

2. When you click on sign in button, below screen will open. If you are a first time user please click on “SIGN UP” option, as highlighted in image below to complete sign up process
A verification mail will be sent to your email ID, please go to your inbox and verify your account with HeyBnb, only if you have verified your email ID, you can use HeyBnb efficiently.

If already have account with HeyBnb, then you can sign in via social media accounts or your email ID and password. Once you are signed in, go to your profile section.
How to reach to profile section: click on your profile image (in top right corner of HeyBnb home page).

•Change or upload your profile photo•Please update your contact details like contact number, country. HeyBnb do not share your private information unless the booking is confirmed. Your details are secure with us.•Please describe yourself, a few line about you, about your interests.•Go to Verification tab and upload your government ID on the platform, connect your social media account with HeyBnb profile. •Once you verify all these “Verified” Badge will be attached to your profile.
Having a verified badge increase your chances of being trusted by other user on HeyBnb platform.

How To List A step by step guide to list your property on
HeyBnb

• With your neighbors and make sure that they do not have any objection
• If you living in apartment/society, take approval from the concern office/person
• If there are any local laws related to short stay accommodation. If there are any, please make sure you adhere to such laws and local rules.
At the outset, please check -

To make your listing more attractive, please make sure that you have complete the verification process which includes •Verifying your email ID•Verify your mobile number•Connected to social media accounts•Government ID upload If not done already, please go to your profile section and complete verification process
Once all verification is done, you can see “Verified” badge on your profile.

• Once you are signed in, please click on share your space on home page top right corner.

• Once you click on share your space button, you shall be taken to first page of listing process, please select “Location” on this page very carefully as you wont be able to change it later
• After selecting relevant options, please click on “continue”

• Once you click on continue, you will see below page with message” You have created your listing, 7 more steps to list your space.
• Please click on “complete my listing” button fill all the required details on this page.

Overview Title – Title of your property, for example “2BHK house/ lake side villa”, a title which best describe your property Summary – Please write brief summary of the property, make this summary interesting so that you can attract guest, but at the same time it shall be true representation of your house.
For example: A home away from home. It is conveniently located in a prime and serene locality on the main road at (.....). Easily accessible with 5.5 km from Railway Station, 6.5 km form bus stand, 25 km from international Airport. All the main attraction like.... are within 15 minutes walk. House is on 2nd floor and surrounded by greenery. Although it is near the city but very peaceful.

House rules: Please enter the rules/restriction for house use. For instance1) No liquor2) smoking not allowed3) Unmarried couples not allowed. Base Price: You need to give per night price, if you want to offer discounted price to long stays please select per week and per month prices •Per night price•Per week price•Per month price Per Extra Guest per Night: you remember In first page you selected maximum number of guest. here you enter what is amount that guest has to pay for extra guest per night after certain number of guest. (Refer slide number 20) You can move through listings pages anytime you want from header above

Save and Continue
After filling all the above information please click on “save and continue”

Photo UploadOnce you click on “save and continue”, you will be directed to “photo”, section where you need to upload the photos:
• You can upload maximum 8 photos, with size not exceeding 2 MB per photo.
• Good quality photo attract more guest to your house, and increase the chance of getting booking request.
• Once you upload the phots, click on “Save and continue”

Needs/Amenities
Once you click on the “save and continue”, you will be taken to “NEEDS” section
• Please select amenities which are available at your property. We would recommend you to double check availability of these amenities, if you promise amenities here and not able to provide them to guest may leads to guest dissatisfied and can harm your future business.
• Please click on “Save and Continue”

Under “How much space is available” please enter number of Rooms, Beds and bathrooms available Under “Describe your space” Please select “style of home”, by default it will option selected by you on first page, Style of room,
•if it is complete house then select “Entire room/apt”•If it is single private room for rent, then select “Private room”•If it is room to be shared then, select “Shared room”

Info PageMaximum occupancy, this number by default selected by you on first page “Maximum Occupancy” will be, maximum number of guest you want to allow in your property (inclusive of extra guest) “Extra charges starts after”, select after how many guest you want to start extra guest charges. For Instance, •if you choose “maximum guest” as 6 guests•If “extra charges start after” as 4 guests•Per night price as 3000 (selected earlier, if you want to change the price, you can go back to “overview section and change it)•Per extra guest per night price as 500 (input earlier, if you want to change the price, you can go back to “overview section and change it)

In above instance, For 4 guest nightly price per day for property will be applicable which is 3000, after that per extra guest per night will be charged as 500. After filling all these information, please click on “save and continue”

Terms Section
Once you click on “Save and continue”, you will be directed to “Terms” section
Enter Check in time, check out time. “Notice of withdrawal”: please select the type of cancellation policy, please read cancellation policy before selecting one for your business here: http://www.heybnb.co/site/terms-and-conditions/guest-refund

Enter location details and click on “Save and continue”

When you click on “Save” google pin will set as per given location, you can further move the pin to make location exact. Once click on continue”, you will be move to calendar, please come back to “location” tab
Please move your pin to correct location after entering address in right side bar. Once you done that, please click on “Save and continue”

Once you click on “Save and continue”, you will be directed to “Calendar page”

On “Calendar page” you have 3 options to choose availability of your property •Constantly- all dates are available, •One time – select time duration only when listing is available•Frequently – available for few dates You can go back and update details across the sections if you want. Once you are entered all the details click on “POST LISTING” on calendar page

This is how you list your property on HeyBnb Your listing will be active only when you enter your payout details ( where you want to receive your rent)
If any time you want to delist, you can come and delist your property from here.

You will receive rent only if you have updated your payout information on HeyBnbGO to ”Profile” section

Click on ”Payout preference” and then click on ”Add Payout option” displayed below

• Once you click on “add Payout option”, below screen will come, follow instructions• You can add both PayPal as well as bank transfer payout method to your account• As of now we facilitate bank transfer for property only in India and PayPal only for property outside India

• Once you added payout options and same has been approved (Usually it takes a day time to approve the same)
• Now click on “Add Payout transaction instructions”
You can add multiple bank and PayPal accounts to your profile

Once you click on “Add Payout transaction instructions”
Under listings, you will get bank account options only, if property is in India
Under listings you will get registered PayPal accounts only if property outside India.
You can divide payout in multiple accounts with this facility

Click on Account -> Transaction history to see your “completed transactions”, “future transactions” and “Gross earnings”

• If you have not completed the listing process and left in between• If you want to update listing details like availability, pricing or anything• Go TO “Your listings”, and click on “Manager listings and calendar” to make any changes or complete
listing.
Please do not forget to change listing status to “Listed” once
