Business Card Request:Use this form to request for Business Cards.

Simple way to request for Business Card. Just fill out the form with necessary details and submit.

Corporate Item Request:Use this form to request various corporate items like stationary, hardware etc., for official/personal use.

Employees can request any number of items using this form.

Corporate Item Cancellation :Use this form to cancel the requested items.

Don’t want any particular item? No problem! You can cancel it before it is issued.

Salary Advance:Use this form to request for salary advance.

Want your monthly salary a little early? Request for it and get it.

IT Application Request:Use this form to request software application.

Boost your productivity by requesting for software application that you deem fit to work efficiently.

Letter Request: Use this form to request for any letter from HR. These could be an address proof letter, experience letter etc.

Want any particular letter from the company? Just select from the available menu and place your request.

Letter Viewer:Use this form to view the available standard letter templates.

Employees can view various letter types.

Time & Attendance

Time Management includes a complete system that regulates all attendance related information and automatically manages a log that needs to be updated regularly.

Attendance Regularization:Use this form to regularise attendance for days not signed-in/out.

Ensure you aren’t wrongfully debited of a leave through this form.

Permission Request: Use this form to initiate permission request.

Want to leave early? Or want to come-in late? Permission request allows you to do it methodically.

Attendance Calendar: Use this form to view your attendance calendar.

Know exactly, your ‘present’, ‘absent’ and ‘regularised’ days.

Attendance Cancellation: Use this form to cancel regularised attendance.

If there is a change in plan and you don’t want permission or incorrectly regularised, you can rectify it with ease.

Time Sheet

The Time sheet feature will help employees to plan and track their daily activities.

Time Sheet EntryUse this form to capture daily/weekly activities.

Plan your work by tracking how much time you spend on what activity.

Claims & Reimbursement

Reimbursements and claims can be done with just a few clicks. The claims and reimbursements feature allows employees to easily access their claims log and raise requests for reimbursements.

Use this form to claim your various entitlements.

Claims Requisition:

Raise claims such as telephone allowance, leave travel allowance, car related expenses, medical expenses etc.

Absence

The Absence Management feature allows employees make leave requests and get approvals but it also maintains a log and gives the details of remuneration modifications made in accordance with the leave taken.

Leave Request: Use this form to apply for leave.

Select ‘Leave Type’ from the display grid which shows the available leave types and available leave balance left.

Type the name of selected leave type, then choose duration of your leave with all the other mandatory details. Details on allocation of work to another employee during absence can also be filled in.

Leave Cancellation:Use this form to cancel the leave applied for.

In the event of employee not requiring the leave, which he/she has applied for, they can cancel it by selecting Leave Name and cancelling it.

Leave Partial Cancellation: Use this form to cancel the approved leave in partial.

Employees can cancel their approved leave in partial i.e. if they have applied for 5 days leave, they can cancel 2 of the 5 days by just selecting the dates they want to cancel.

Training

The training feature allows employees to undergo training themselves or nominate their ‘reportees’ to undergo training on a particular course. It also allows them to withdraw from a course, provide feedback for the training programmes attended by them or their subordinates, view scheduled courses for a particular month and also view the list of courses which has been self nominated or nominated to their ‘reportees’.

Course Nomination: Use this form to nominate yourself for undergoing training on a particular course.

Enhance your knowledge, skill by choosing the appropriate course.

Nominate Reportees: Use this form to nominate your reportees for undergoing training on a particular course.

Enhance the knowledge, skill of your team by nominating them for an appropriate course.

Nomination Withdrawal:Use this form to withdraw your approved nomination for a training course.

If you foresee missing the training, you can intimate people by withdrawing your nomination.

Participant Feedback: Use this form to provide feedback on the training program attended.

Rate the training attended on different parameters. This helps HR maintain training quality.

Post Training Feedback: Use this form to provide feedback about your subordinates who have attended the training course, after the training is completed.

Record changes observed in subordinates post training.

Training Calendar: Use this form to view the courses scheduled for a particular month.

Plan your work, get to know the training courses scheduled for the month.

Registered for Courses: Use this form to view list of courses for which the employee has been nominated (both self-nomination and manager nomination)

Travel

Keep tabs and manage all travel activities of employees with the ESS framework. Travel related requests, queries, advances, changes to bookings and even claims related requests can be raised through this feature.

Travel Request: Use this form to make a request for all your official Domestic / International travel.

Define itinerary, request for accommodation, tickets, transport etc.

Travel Advance Request:Use this form to make a travel advance request.

You can avail of travel advances for approved travel in the currency you want, choose the mode of payment be it through bank, cash etc.

Travel Itinerary Change:Use this form to make changes in your travel itinerary.

Change in travel plans? No Problem. Modify your itinerary easily!

Travel Expense Settlement:Use this form to record expenses which were incurred during a travel.

Record travel expenses and get your dues if any.

Task Management

Assigning tasks and managing them was never this easy. The ESS module enables employees to manage their own tasks by assigning and tracking.

Minutes of Meeting: Use this form to record the minutes-of-a-meeting.

Ensure every detail of a meeting is captured and action points etc.

Assign Task: Use this form to assign tasks to people, preceding the minutes-of-a-meeting.

Following up on the action points, assign tasks to specific employees with details of task like title, task ID, due date etc.

Task Tracking: Use this form to track the assigned task.

Assigned tasks can be tracked. Details like task status, task ID, MOM ID, dates and assigned by employee are captured, which makes it easy to track.

Asset tracking

ESS Asset Tracking feature allows employees to raise requests for any asset required by them and also allows them to cancel any request raised.

Asset Request:Allows employees to raise request for an asset.

Select type of asset from the asset clarification drop down box, specify location, date of requirement and other additional details to send for approval.

Asset Cancellation: Allows employees to cancel an approved asset requisition.

Select type of asset requested from the asset clarification drop down and select the asset to cancel request.

Workflow in the ESS module helps your employees to get instant access to officiate tasks/roles of one employee to another, and also allows them to check pending approvals, forms raised by them and forms raised for them.

Switch roles/tasks between employees in just a few clicks.

Pending Approvals: Allows employees to view all pending approval requests raised by them.

View forms that are pending for approval by name.

Forms Raised – By Me:Allows employees to view forms such as a leave request, business card request, letter request etc., which were raised by them.

Select forms from a drop down to make things easier.

Forms Raised– For Me:This helps to know what are forms raised by one’s subordinates for approval. It can be any request like leave request, Business card request, Letter Request etc..
