DESCRIPTION
An adaptation of a presentation delivered to a London based social enterprise, where Fire facilitated a training session to the organisation's Project Managers and Head of Projects on what good relationship management should look like. The output was a set of Relationship Management principles for the organisation (confidential to the organisation), though featured in the slideshare is a summary of the key lessons I have learnt over the years.
