This fun-filled, dynamic session will challenge attendees to renovate their active listening skills. To renovate means to revive, reinvigorate and/or make new. In this seminar attendees will learn how to revive their listening skills, reinvigorate the way they communicate their message and will be inspired to create new listening habits. This session is designed for those who want to be more effective in their work, build stronger relationships and make a bigger impact in their world.

Empathy is the capacity to recognize and, to some extent, share feelings (such as sadness or happiness) that are being experienced by another sentient or semi-sentient being. Someone may need to have a certain amount of empathy before they are able to feel compassion.
