实验二 细胞和组织的适应与损伤

一、实验目的： 了解并掌握细胞和组织的适应与损伤常见的

表现形式及病变特点。

二、实验方法： 肉眼观察大体标本，显微镜观察组织切片。

三、实验内容：（一）大体标本1. 心脏肥大 (hypertrophy of myocardium)

2. 脑压迫性萎缩 (pressure atrophy of the brain)

3. 肾压迫性萎缩 (pressure atrophy of the kidney)

4. 肝脂肪变性 (fatty degeneration of the liver)

5. 心肌脂肪浸润 (fatty infiltration of the heart )

6. 结核性缩窄性心包炎 (tuberculous constrictive pericarditis )

7. 脾包膜玻璃样变 (hyaline change of the splenic capsule)

8. 脾贫血性梗死（ anemic infarct of the spleen ）

9. 肾结核干酪样坏死 （ renal tuberculosis with caseous necrosis ）

10. 脑脓肿（ brain abscess ）

11. 足干性坏疽（ dry gangene of the foot ）
