EnglishThis year we have participated in many activities that have

improved our reading, writing and speaking and listening skills.

MathematicsIn mathematics this year I have learnt lots of math like plus ,

minus , times & division .

Maths is sooooooo fun

Music

In music this year we have learnt about mickey mouse & greased lightning. Were learning to do our concert song

& moves , our Christmas carols as well.

Visual ArtIn visual art with Miss Prescott we

have been doing paintings , drawings , and transferring it to the

computers it is really fun

CommunicationTerm one we focused on communication and Tiana , Charlotte and I made a poster that was shaped like a I pod touch and the communication topic we were doing was I pod touch. We learnt lots and lots of stuff.

Are We There Yet?In are we there yet we have been learning about Australia , Australia's landmarks & locations in Australia so that’s mainly the

whole of Australia “oh” including Tasmania. So lets just get on to what I’ve been doing in this are we there yet thing . Well we’re doing our ERP & I’m working with Kye.m .Everybody has to go to 12 locations & you’re only aloud 4 capital cities & you have to get information on

every location.

The Way Things WorkThis term we have been learning

about simple machines. There are

lots of different kinds of simple

machines like a lever , wedge ,

inclined plane , gears , pulleys ,

screw and wheel & axle. We also

had a incursion for making and

riding and making a plan of billy

carts. My group was Tiana , Emily

WeatherWeather is interesting because

there is heaps and heaps of different kinds of temperatures & storms & so on my favourite

kind of weather is lightning

Health & Physical Education

In sport this year we have been learning about tennis ,

cricket , soccer ,

badminton , hockey , netball

, basketball.

My Personal Reflections

My favourite thing of the year was camp

On camp we did the obstacle course, the low ropes ,the farm and the environmental games

they were all fun but my favourite thing was judy

chairs , bridges , research on thumbs , soil , sand & clay.

Garden

This year in gardening we have done lots of fun things we

have done mulching , planting , picking , weeding & digging.

Kitchen ClassroomThis year in kitchen classroom we have made lots and lots of food like

lime muffins , nuggets & souvlakis.
