Process for tagging of New Connections in SAP:-
1. Set the Flag for R-APDRP or Non R-APDRP consumer, if Consumer is R-APDRP go to step-2, otherwise
tag the consumer to dummy location by entering the dummy location in Superior FL field in below placed 2nd
No. Screen of this step and no further action is required.
2. Note down the Pole NIN on Printed Job Order along with meter details during installation.
3. Create Service cable in SAP using T-code IL01 and Enter Category as ‘J’.
4. Enter details of Service Cable as follows:-
5. In Structure Tab enter Superior FL as LT pole NIN noted in step No.2 and click on Save
6. Enter the FL of Service Cable created in above steps into Superior Functional Location in below screen.
7. Open the GIS map from the Enhancement tab in SAP and note down Building id of the New connection
based on the neighbor`s contract account and noted Pole NIN no.
8. Enter the Building id in SAP taken from the GIS map.
9. Based upon the Pole NIN and Building id entered in SAP, New connection will be automatically created in
GIS at the end to day or on some set frequency(In this Step , No action is required from end user).
