Prior to construction,the facility waslargely openwarehouse spacewith a singlemezzanine located inthe middle of thefacility. Constructionbegan with thedemolition of thisstructure whileworking to protectthe integrity of theslab and exteriorstructure.

While work on the mezzanine proceeded,the slab was removed and additionalmaterial was excavated in preparation forthe future vault floor slabs
