Lab Book Set-up

• Write the page number in the upper, outside corner of every page.

• Write your first name, last name, and hour on the front of your lab book.

Lab Book Grading

• Organized throughout• Complete Table of Contents with dates, titles,

and page numbers correctly labeled• Daily work is complete• Glossary has all vocabulary words and their

Info on Do Nows• Each day you start a new page in your lab book,

label the title on that page, and fill out the Table of Contents.

• At the beginning of each class you will have a “Do Now.” It is a list of questions that you answer in your lab book.

• You need to write the Do Now questions AND their answers.

Info on Exit Slips

• At the end of class some days you will have a miniature quiz, called an Exit Slip.

• This is your chance to win a drawing ticket. Whenever you get an 80% or above on an exit slip, test, or quiz you will receive a drawing ticket.

Info on Class Points

• Your class will get points for following directions, being on task, volunteering…

• For every 5 points you earn in a day you will receive a class drawing for a prize.

• When your class gets 100 points you will have a class reward.

• As a group identify the rule (or rules) that were broken in each scenario. One scenario didn’t break a listed rule, so instead write about what went wrong.
