The MINI series is a complete SF6gas-reclaiming unit designed to recover SF6 Gas from the smallest volumeSF6insulated equipment. The D-310-R005 combines portability and affordability with the professional craftsmanshipyou expect from DILO, the world leader in SF6reclamation.

The MINI uses our newest direct-drive, high-pressure, oil less compressor MPC-04 to transfer and store SF6intosuitable storage. The MINI can perform all functions necessary to reclaim and purify SF6gas to near new condition. Optional storagetank stores liquid SF6during processing.

Removal and liquid storage of SF6.

Double filtering of the SF6 automatically during removal and again during filling.

Refilling with reclaimed or new SF6using built-in pressure regulator.

BLK222 Circuit breaker

Time duration : 4 Days (3 Days for O/H and One day for Travelling)

Scope of Work:

1. Dismantling of complete breaker assembly

2. Overhauling of drive mechanism.

3. Overhauling of pole assemblies.

4. Assembling of breaker poles and their alignment.

5. SF6 gas filling.6. Gas Leakage testing

7. Final inspection & testing of breaker

8. All the test shall be witnessed by our engineer.

Terms & Conditions:

1. Specialized tools & tackles as gas filling kit, vacuum pump etc. will be arranged by you.

2. Normal consumables, required spares, crane/lifting equipment, unskilled Man-power and

shutdown will be provided by SCL.

3. SF6 gas cylinder for filling will be provided by SCL.

4. All applicable taxes will be paid by SCL as per applicable rules.

5. During your stay at site, we will provide Lodging, Boarding & Local conveyance free.

6. To and Fro charges for 2ndAC/Bus fair will be paid on submission of actual proof.

7. Payment will be made within 15 days after submission of invoice.

For that we had taken the offer from M/s ABB Limited, Faridabad. through offer no. - RNS PPHV S 2013

062 on dated 25.05.2013. & finalized the rate with waiving off the advance payment terms. But due to

non-availability of shutdown of the breaker, we wasnt perform the required job.

Now in second or third week of April-2014 we are planning to go for shutdown of 132 kV Ras-Beawar

line, so that we are able to club the breaker maintenance job in that shutdown.

So you are requested to kindly confirm that the given offer will be same or you will revise the offer & if

the offer will be revised, send us at the earliest.
