Pandan Fried Chicken LegsIngredients2 chicken legs, some pandan leaves, some toothpickMarinade :1 tsp salt, 1 tsp sugar, tsp pepper, 1 tbsp Shaoxing Method :1. Rinse chicken legs and pat-dry. 2. Add in marinade and rub it all over. Marinate for 2 hour.3. Wrap the marinated chicken legs with pandan leaves and thread with a toothpick.4. Heat oil in wok, add the pandan chicken legs and deep-fry over medium heat until the chicken legs are cooked thorough and golden brown. Dish out and drain. Serve hot.
