Initial subscription term is 3 months for new users only. The subscription then converts to monthly. Should you use all your hours in the month, additional time is charged at the same discounted rate. Unused hours expire at the end of the month. One month’s notice is required to terminate or downgrade. Upgrades only effective on the 1st of each month. Fixed fee services are excluded. Bills will be issued monthly and payment is to be made by automatic direct debit or credit card or Xero to Xero. All prices are GST exclusive.
