line and stepping down towards the water of the naturally
formed bay, each of the nine homes are arranged to have

DESIGN INFLUENCES‘Cotswold stone cottage meets timber boathouse’ was at
the very core of our thinking, responding to the unique and
enhanced setting where mature woodland meets the lakeside.
An almost Scandinavian, open plan living style with large
format glazing was central to our design route, bringing the
outside in and maximising the surrounding views.

FROM LONDON / M4: At junction 15, take the A346/A419 exit to Marlborough/
Swindon. At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto Marlborough Rd/A419. Follow
this road for approximately 14 miles. Take the B4696 exit toward Ashton Keynes/
