'he successful completion of this project was a uni(ue experience for me because
by )reparing financial budgets for the new co prex centers and thus in turn helping
them to build their company/s forecast and interacting with various persons, I
achieved a better knowledge about the activities !'he experience, which I gained

%fter the successful completion of the study certain aspects are needed to be
looked forward in the )rivate employment exchange! Some points of suggestion
are as follows?
It is important to design and develop new financial forecasting and
budgeting which can help for creating brand awareness!
%ssessing the cost of providing the service charge for co prex centers and
calculating the rate at which service charge are to be levied and minimum
balances must be maintained to make more profitable!
%ll the irregularities observed by the auditors should be thoroughly
followed!
'he software version must be upgraded!
Some more . 6 D should be carried out so it should be made to give make
more services than what it actually does!

0very study has got some limitation during the project “inancial business model
of private employment exchange” I have also faced some constraints and
limitations! 'hey have been listed as follows?

distinctive strategies and thus more time and more budgets in comparison
with its competitors!
