Challenges for our district … IMHO ;p

• Our district comprises of Singapore, East Malaysia, South Malaysia and Brunei – each with different economic growth, social problems, financial contributions etc – thus creating differing views on solutions eg on VTT, scholarship, etc

• We need to be properly trained in the new streamlined forms and processes. Unfortunately, our double edged sword is that we have many towkays and big chiefs

• Strategy on allocation of district grants
