A world-class master plan, providing modern infrastructure, creates a commercially strong proposition within an environmentally sustainable, resident focused development. This precinct will be an important low-density, urban environment that serves as the backdrop for the main cultural facilities, including the Sheikh Zayed National Museum designed by Norman Foster, the Guggenheim Abu Dhabi Museum designed by Frank O. Gehry, the Louvre Abu Dhabi Museum designed by Jean Nouvel and the Performing Arts Centre designed by Zaha Hadid. A range of cultural buildings, including art galleries, will showcase local artisans alongside international artists showing at the main cultural facilities.
