These two documents were part of a 25-page marketing presentation I created for a local real estate agent. I

developed the complete design and copy you see here. ______________________________________________________

The following is a trifold advertising brochure I developed while working with a local realtor in my area.

The next slide is the exterior of the brochure, and the following slide the interior.

I selected all photographs, fonts and wrote all copy for the brochure.

I have also written many personal bios for both print & website use.______________________________________________________

I have worked across all social media platforms -- including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter

and Pinterest...

FACEBOOK• Integrated many

social media avenues into the Facebook interface including the blog, videos and Twitter

• Organized photo albums by specialty markets for the locale

• Developed all graphics for posts

• Grew the company’s following by 30%

tweets, such as #inspirationmonday, #designtuesday, and #tbt with interesting facts about Knoxville for those moving to the area

• Researched local events & retweeted local news and other organizations hosting the events

• Developed photography & graphics to increase engagement

• Posted studies, statistics and trends for home ownership & Knoxville

developed graphics to coordinate pins with blog posts

• Designed Pinterest-friendly blog post images & infographics

• Designed custom “Pin It” buttons into website to ensure consistent branding while allowing for seamless integration

• Curated over 70 Pinterest boards around the target markets interests

• Grew Pinterest following by 50% over the course of 6 months
