Get those cold contacts warm aGain

Pizza. Spaghetti. Stew. Cassarole.Sitting in the refrigerator, they may not seem too appealing. But give one a few minutes in the microwave; mix several together in a new concoction; or use another as a starter ingredient for something grander and you end up with a meal that’s tres magnifique!

The same can be said with those contacts in deepfreeze in your database. You know who they are: those contacts that are unknowns and untouched for days, weeks, months. Don’t throw them out just yet. Who knows what savory leads are waiting for a quick zap, slow warm-up, or ready to be folded into some other bigger dish.

Following are some sure-fire ways to

dial up the temperature of even your

coldest contacts.

Quick Zap Method 1

oF you” eMail.

Gently ask if they’d

like to reconnect, and

be sure to offer a juicy

piece of content as an

example of what they

can expect from you.

Quick Zap Method 2

Say “hey” To ex-cuSToMerS. Provide a tidbit of new industry information. Who knows, they may be at the end of their ropes with the “other guy’s” product.
