Identified Problem
Although Many claim America to be a post racial society, many people still judge and stereotype others based upon their skin color through daily conversations.

Observations
Many individuals in this country can’t see past an individuals outer appearance, whether it be darker skin color, or different hair composition. Because of this many continually make remarks based on those outer appearances, failing to recognize the individuals identity beyond physical traits.

People continually use the terms “whiter than” or “blacker than” to distinguish if a member of the race doesn't fit the mold of the casted stereotype.
