Getting Started with Salesforce Files Sync

Getting started is easy!  Just follow these three simple steps:

 Download and install Salesforce Files Sync.

 Sync your files.

 Share and collaborate.

Download and Install Salesforce Files Sync 1

Log in to Chatter to download Salesforce Files Sync.

Download Salesforce Files Sync from Chatter… 1

1.  Click My Settings | Desktop Add-Ons | Salesforce Files 2.  Click Download 3.  Follow the installation instructions for your operating system 4.  Log in with your Salesforce credentials

Just click Get Salesforce Files for Windows or Mac.

Salesforce Files Sync is available for Windows and Mac.

1.  Run the Installer 2.  Drag the Salesforce Files icon into the Applications folder 3.  Double-click the Salesforce Files icon in your Applications folder and log in with your user name and password 4.  You are on your way to syncing files

Just drag and drop (or save) them into your Salesforce Files folder.

1.  Drag your files directly from your desktop, a folder, or anywhere 2.  You can sync any type of file: office documents, images, and more 3.  Your files start syncing right away 4.  You can see your files sync by glancing at your system tray or menu bar
