SFM600 is a instant snack machine which is capable of producing crisp and

delicious grain crackers in front of the customers.

It has been designed such that the customer can watch its novel baking method.

It creates a large "pop" when the pop cake pops out of the machine, hence its

name Pop Cake.

It is always the center of attention, and its crispy but also soft texture is loved by

everyone, from young children to the elders. It is enjoyed all around and is also a

fresh and healthy grain snack.

Material : Grain Pellet

Ingredients Wheat pellets mainly consists of flour, rice powder, and vegetable oil and is produced specifically for SFM600. In order to satisfy the tricky condition of the popping machine, we use top quality flour and do not include any other ingredients other than the ones specified below. 1. Flour: 85~98.8% 2. Rice powder: 1~15% 3. Vegetable oil (100% Soy bean oil): 0.2~0.5% Package size: 30 kilograam bags Expiration date: 1 year from production date Others: To produce the pop cake flavor natural additives such as salt maybe be needed (more flavors can be created to satisfy different taste) Please see next page Broken Raw rice & brown rice can be mixed with grain pellet (Less than 7%) Storage of wheat pellet Temperature : 18~20 Degree Humidity : 60∼70% Other : Put it inside building away from sunrise

Mixing for Grain Pellet

Prerequisites for the blending of materials when adding flavors to the 30 kg grain pellet:

•Hot water 1500cc,

natural sweetener 50g(saccharin10g), salt 70g,

(Sugar can not be used because of sticky problem on the mould)

•Other powdered additives (onion, green laver, cinnamon, green tea etc.)

(The reason why hot water should be used is for the materials to be better blended and melted.)

Order of Blending the Materials

•First prepare hot water 1500cc

•Add 50g of natural sweetener(300 times as sweet as sugar) and 70g of salt to the boiled water.

(10g of saccharin can be used instead of sweetener)

Put 30 kg of grain pellet and the above mixed boiled water into the blender and blend them for about 10 minutes

•Use the blended grain pellet after allowing it to ripen for about a day (24~48 hours).

(The blended materials should be hermetically sealed so as not to be dried up.)

How to Make it Tasty with Various Flavors

- Put the desired flavor powders into the hot water when the

natural sweetener and salt are added to it.

Broken raw rice & brown rice can be mixed with grain pellet (Around 5-7%)

Wheat pellet 95%, Brown rice 5%

“Ready Mix” is already mixed with water, salt & sweetener at the factory here in Korea and packed in 5kg bags, so once you buy this “Ready Mix” it can be used directly to machine without any preparation
