Following points were discussed,1. Company Performance, facing 8 M PKR Loss in this year.2. Down Sizing, Merits/demerits & way of action.3. Over Head Charges, action needed to reduce it.4. Improve Quality, action needed.5. Develop new areas for Business, action needed.

To increase Supervision Level, Two Quality Control Supervisor from day Shift will transfer into Evening & Night Shift.
